We emphasize the treatment of disc disease. This can be disease in the neck
(cervical spine), in the thoracic spine or in the lumbar spine and pelvis. Disc disease is present in ALL spinal disorders. Symptoms can be very misleading. We are experienced in treating this area of the anatomy and we use many methods and different tools in the treatment, dependent on the history of the disease and the response to the treatments given. Disc disease may manifest in areas quite remote from the spine, the spine or back may appear symptom free. Disc disease not treated appropriately and timely will lead to early and serious degeneration.

Mr. Kasper is a 1972 graduate of Stanford University in Palo Alto, California where he obtained his A.B. degree in Economics. He received his Juris Doctorate and Master of Business Administration from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina in 1976 and was admitted to the California Bar in December of 1976. He received a Masters Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College in 1994.
Mr. Kasper concentrates his practice in advanced estate planning, including the creation of revocable living trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts and charitable remainder trusts; residential and commercial real estate closings (including 1031 exchanges) and development approval; corporate and partnership law and litigation. He is currently admitted to practice in New Hampshire, Vermont, and California.
Kristine Wright joined the firm as a real estate paralegal in October 1997. Prior to joining our firm Ms. Wright worked as a legal secretary for the Faulkner Law Firm in Keene New Hampshire for 7 years. Since joining the firm she has assumed responsibility for the management of all the documents associated with commercial and residential primary and secondary market closings. Ms. Wright has handled over 1,800 residential closings during the past 14 years. In addition, Ms. Wright is responsible for the oversight of all office probate filings in Cheshire and Sullivan Counties. Ms. Wright is a lifetime resident of Walpole and her familiarity with the communities on both sides of the Connecticut River has proven invaluable.

We have been in business since 1987. When we started , we only did maintenance. In 2005, we stopped with the maintenance, ( mowing, etc.) and started doing landscape construction. We now are one of the few companies in the area that can build patios, walls, retaining walls, fire places and fire pits, as well as out door kitchens, and bars. We are also certified to install Rainbird irrigation systems. We can install a small drip system, to a complete system for a large building. We have done irrigation systems for Franklin Pierce College, softball fields for the City of Keene, Bentley Commons, Peerless Insurance, and will soon be installing the irrigation system for the new Keene Middle School, as well as the pavers at the same school.
